The Vital Tests

Cholesterol and Heart health – our Cholesterol, Lipids and Triglycerides testing are used to help determine the level of cardiovascular health. Our screening test indicates these levels and the need to follow up with your GP if required.

Blood glucose and diabetes prevalence – The HbA1c test is a measure of the person’s average level of glycated haemoglobin over the past few months. The test is used to diagnose, monitor and manage diabetes.

Body composition and physical health – This screening test measures a large amount of factors to estimate your ideal weight and composition compared to a person of average health person at your age.

Blood pressure – Maintaining healthy blood pressure is important because high blood pressure will put extra strain on your arteries and on your heart. A simple blood pressure check can let you know it’s time to see a doctor to follow up.

Mental health – A persons Mental Health is now such an important part of living a health life. The K10 is widely recommended as a simple measure of psychological distress and as a measure of outcomes following treatment for common mental health disorders. We perform a K10 test which is a simple electronic questionnaire and let the employee know if there if follow up required with their GP or Mental Health Practitioner
